Public Housing Sales by Auction
The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) has announced that it is putting up for sale 159 workplaces and 2 residences within its scope in 29 cities, including Konya. These residences, which are in TOKİ's inventory and will be put up for sale on September 5, 2013, will be sold through an auction method. Simultaneously, TOKİ is offering installment options of up to 240 months to support those who will purchase these real estate products. The remaining balance, after a 10% down payment, will be sold with installments up to 240 months.

The real estate products offered for sale by TOKİ are located in the provinces of Ankara, Istanbul, Çanakkale, Iğdır, Denizli, Kayseri, Erzincan, Samsun, Balıkesir, Mersin, Zonguldak, Bursa, Diyarbakır, Mardin, Burdur, Adana, Çankırı, Şanlıurfa, Trabzon, Malatya, Gaziantep, Giresun, Edirne, Konya, Yozgat, Tokat, Kahramanmaraş, Çorum, and Osmaniye. With TOKİ's moves, a stir is also expected in the Konya real estate market.
