Tips for Makeup in the Summer Months
Before starting to apply makeup in the summer months, make sure your skin is clean. You can start your makeup by washing your face with a cleanser. Make sure your moisturizer has at least a SPF of 15 to protect your skin from harsh sun rays. On hot days, prefer cream products with SPF instead of liquid foundation and products.
It would be appropriate to apply concealer only to your under-eye areas or on blemishes on your skin. Prefer very light bronzing or brown-toned blushes. When applying blush, apply it to your cheekbones, the tip of your nose, chin, and forehead. Make sure it looks natural.
How Should My Eye Makeup Be?
Use eyeshadow optionally. Use natural colors around your eyes. Applying eyeshadow in light colors just below your eyebrows will make your eyes appear larger and your eyebrows lifted. If you are going to use eyeliner, avoid exaggerated thick lines. Highlight your eyes with small mascara touches. Waterproof mascaras will be the right choice.
Your lips are greatly affected by the sun in the summer. We can recommend using a product with SPF again. Clear or light pink tones will provide a more natural look on your lips. You can use slightly glossy products that are not too excessive for your lips.
